I think the Qataris at PSG have done a deal with the Qataris trying to buy Man Utd and are setting it up for a transfer to United if the sale goes through

Judging by drama that is currently going on he had fallout with Qatari owners, seems weird that he would want to go to another Qatari club.

Also all this drama going on is because PSG owners found out that he (allegedly) made a deal with Real for a free next season and now they desperately trying to sell him.
They are infamous for holding a grudge, so no doubt they probably trying to sell anywhere but Real, though obviously Mbappe holding all the cards.

UEFA/PL need to stop appeasing the ESL clubs and replace FFP with a blanket transfer cap across the board.

Every team has a maximum budget of £100m per season for transfers regardless of revenue which will put an end to all these shenanigans around the rules.
