Christ, this 'expert' is a complete liability! Dread to think, on Pistorius' behalf, the damage he is doing to the guy he is supposed to be acting as a defence witness for! He's being torn to shreds by Gerrie Nel here, I am squirming in my seat listening to him.
 
Got it on BBC because Sky won't let me watch that being abroad, BBC doesn't seem to care, haha! :) This 'expert' has now switched to calling himself a 'layman' instead and Nel is pouncing all over him. :lol:
 
These are the types of cases that shouldn't even make it to trial and funnily enough, in many parts of the world, it probably wouldn't make it to trial, not with that kind of defence. Shooting your girlfriend whilst she is inside the toilet and claiming that it was an accident would get you the death penalty in many countries. He should at least get 30 years in prison, no need for the trial, it's a waste of time.
 
Ohhh! That useless fella has just absolutely contradicted Pistorius' events in the toilet room - he is his own witness! :lol:

No, he is a bloody idiot. He's so cocky and sure of himself, despite the fact that he isn't an expert at all in any of the areas he has been assessing and the prosecution had experts with decades of experience assessing exactly the same things.
 
Christ this fella is useless, surely damaging to the defence. He's an absolute buffoon. :lol: Taking images to portray how Pistorius would look from outside if on his stumps in front of the bathroom window... only he didn't take his real height into consideration and just got a guy to go down on his knees and took a photo and presented it to the court as evidence. :lol: Pistorius is 20cm higher than the guy they used and would have been a lot more visable from the outside. Unbelievable.
 
Lol... now Mr Dixon is giving evidence about things but hasn't brought the items to help prove what he is saying is correct. :lol: What a useless clown.
