I think that's Steve Phillips who scored a shed load of goals at the lower levels and certainly could have won one of the league's top scorer awards. Maybe a Birmingham connection but don't know about that.Gordon Taylor on the right so I doubt it's an England squad. Don't know who the one with the 'tache is but the other three all played for Birmingham at one time, though that may be a coincidence. Could be an award for Latch's 30 goal season - I think Francis was runner-up to him. Not sure what Taylor would have got an award for, certainly not goal scoring!
I remember a Phillips played against us for Birmingham alongside Latchford before we signed him. He played quite well as far as I can recall.
