Question for Reidy's bottle O,G is Heslop who's in that ty-phoo pic did he once play for city.

heslop certainly played for city - I remember I had him on the collector cards from my youth - you had a large book with a team on every page and eleven spaces to stick the cards on. heslop was on the man city page.

Yep. And we should have won by 10!!!! Lost count of how many headers big joe missed. Jimmy husband in form of his life crocked in first few minutes, blatantly cheated out of away leg. Panathanikos had 1 chance atGP and scored it.
Away leg was on a Wednesday afternoon while still at school 3days later we lost to RS in FA semi having led at half time. We never recovered and an awful era began.

Jimmy was never the same although Dave Makaye horrific tackle at home to Derby in the league cup was almost a leg breaker, bur he never recovered from that Puskas game .... it was a right fix over there too.....
