Bally sitting on the ball taking the pee...Harvey's slalom past 4 WBA players, waltzing around Osbourne, and stroking the ball into the Gwladys net. Ruud Hullit giving one of the finest midfield displays at Goodison I've ever seen, Alex Young's chip over Jim Standen the West Ham keeper from outside the area and many more.

I remember Arteta scoring a free kick against Hull maybe(?) not far from the corner flag. Can’t find a video anywhere and remember at the time being astounded that more wasn’t made of the goal as it went in clean

It's funny this, because in the very first post it's asking about moments from Goodison, yet everybody is going on about goals from literally every ground going. Unreal lack of literacy skills going on here.

Park End for Harvey's goal!!
What about the Jimmy Husband goal against Chelsea I think, about 1972. Long ball from right back which he let drop in front of him over his own shoulder and hit on volley. Incredible technique.
Sharp's volley against Spurs 1981ish, he was just breaking into the team. The ground was buzzing after it. TV was there but does not do it justice.

Are you talking about the Harvey goal which he scored in the 2-0 victory over WBA to win the league? the one I referred to was in a 4-0 victory the previous year - think Bally got a H/T as well. Remember the Sharp goal well - that WAS in the Park end...sent Gerald Sinstadt the commentator into raptures lollol.

For oldies......Bobby Collins back heeled goal at the Park End......and against us...Denis Law overhead worldie at the Gwladys Street end.

A superb bit of skill by Peter Reid V Aston Villa in 1986; he dummied and two Villa defenders crashed into each other and Reid ran past them with the ball. A shame it wasn't on TV, it was worth seeing again and again. We won 2 - 0 with goals from Sharp & Lineker iirc.
