In that video..am I wrong in thinking our practice attacks involve having a player at either post in the offside position and playing the ball back in. I think I see our problem
If you watch the play at 1:55 it really just higlights how bad we are and how disconnected the squad is.

Its to give them confidence of getting their shots away. The problem is there's still a goalkeeper in the way so they're still struggling
