No I wasn't and to be fair you may have a point. If you were then I'll bow down to your superior knowledge of the situation. Sorry James lad.
I didn’t mean for it to come accross in a condescending manner and I’m sorry you interpreted it in such a way. I’m just saying you see a lot more that goes on if you’re there. I only make a handful of games a season as I live down south so Not after a fan of the year title or anything! Just saying that some players look average on tv but decent in the flesh.

Shame we lost, but the performance was much better. Looked a desire to go out and work. I thought the changes were the right ones (albeit Rooney could've come off earlier) and the team were lifted for the second half. What struck me was a much better shape about the team (square pegs in square holes?!). Promising, but still needs improvement. Good to see the post match 'im not happy with losing...' comment too

It didn't and I didn't mate. Perfectly fair to say you'd see more by actually being there. I only have the camera angles they choose to show. Like I said, you've got the superior knowledge on this as you got to see much more of his performance. No issues here mate.

WTF, we've had the worst start ever under a manager who wasn't arsed about us. Got rid of him, appointed a caretaker manager who's had 2 sessions of training max. We go down fighting to what some of you are saying is Chelseas b team and moaning about it. Did you moan when we got hammered by an average Italian side, drew at HOME to a gang of part timers from Cyprus, get real you miserable tits. No one is celebrating a loss just a vastly improved performance, a performance which would never have happened tonight if the arrogant Dutchman had still been here.

Apollon were not part timers mate, and try to cut down on the somewhat aggressive tone of posting please.

Crap first half, good second.

Chelsea sat on a one goal lead and we had a real go at them.

And that is my one gripe from tonight.

Unsie said on Sky earlier that the plan was to “keep it tight for an hour” and then have a go.

Years and years of experience have taught us that trying to “keep it tight” at those teams is to defend deep and invite pressure....pressure which invariably sees us falling behind before we start having a go.

I would love to have seen us at least try to get on the front foot in the first half

But que sera.

That was such an improved, battling performance and I just cannot wait for Sunday ;)
