The line up with Doucoure was more likely to get a goal.than the one we had yesterday.

And I go back to the same point that Moyes dud much better with the same players. Missing 3 key attackers is hard to cope with for every manager but you still need to find a way to win points, even if its an ugly draw against a poor side.

Dyche's results were terrible and Moyes did better but that's the past and I dont see how it's relevant to the discussion on yesterday's game.

I always believed Moyes could pick a player, he found some real gems, both in his last tenure here and at West Ham. If he had anything to do with these signings then i was sorely wrong

Would love us to do the football masterclass merchant again, but can’t see it with the injuries and afcon, and the squad they have at their disposal, even thought Dyche will manage them and their expectations down.

Need McNeil and dibling to step up and do much more, which is why dibling should have had more minutes as he looks rusty.

Maybe we change the shape and go with two up top?

It's simple mate, we went into the window with our head up our backsides, blind to the fact that the appeal we carry wasn't at the level of the players we had set out for.

It's something that should have opened our eyes and we have to now learn from.

Thats why the next 2 windows will show alot, if we havent woken up than it's time for some serious shake-up..

Because this caveat was never afforded to Dyche. That’s my point. Look at the forward players he had, Calvert Lewin (when fit) Doucoure Harrison Lindstrom McNeil Beto. With the exception of Ndiaye they’re all trash. This impacts results which was always my exact point.

Moyes results will now be impacted, yet it’s rightly being recognised for Moyes but was ignored for Dyche.

Can’t have it both ways. You correctly critic Moyes and the players but you never did the same when Dyche was manager. The list of excuses of you gave and continue to give the narcissist is unreal and you always vented your anger towards the players. You want balance but completely ignore you didn’t give it yourself.

I actually wouldn't be surprised if Moyes saw a point as a good result, what with us having no strikers and without loads of our best players — sadly.

Will be gutted if we get fewer than 4 points from the next 2 games though, but I suspect it might be 1 point.
