If we don't have our best attackers available we can't score goals because the back up attackers don't create chances or get into scoring positions, nevermind actually score goals.

We need massive upgrades in the transfer market.

Has the expectation that the manager should be able to coach attacking moves from poor players now gone because Dyche has left?

Do we just give up now every time KDH Ndiaye and Grealish are missing?

We expected goals and front foot football from Harrison Lindstrom McNeil and Docuoure Beto last season, but now we shouldn’t expect anything from Dibling Alcaraz Barry McNeil Rohl?

The manager has to find solutions. That’s his job. If we are simply to concede the next few games because we are without our four best outfield players, we might as well not have a manager at all.

A point at Forest would be a good result in the circumstances. We then need to take four from Wolves and Brentford and get past Sunlun in the cup. Do that and he has navigated choppy waters with some skill. I’d be delighted with 0-0, 1-0, 0-0, and 0-0 (Everton win on pens) from the next four. I don’t think that set of results should be beyond our manager.

What's Dyche got to do with me not rating our front 4 from yesterday? I didn't rate those players from last year either.

Dyche had Ndiaye last year who is the most important attacker in the team FWIW

And since you brought up Dyche, Moyes got far more out of the same players from January on last season.

The expectation should surely be the same for both managers though. You wanted Dyche to coach attacking football from the players he had available. You should expect the same from Moyes. As you said he did it last season so why is there a free pass now?

I didn't care about style. I wanted Dyche to get more than 3 wins over the first 20 games of the season. It's a results business and we are currently on course for a 50 point season. This time last year we were on course for a 35 point season.

We should have done better yesterday but I'm absolutely not surprised we were toothless with that line up. I dont understand what relevance Dyche has to my opinion that we will struggle to score goals without our better players.

One thing you can definitely criticise Moyes for this season is our lack of attacking threat on set plays. If you have average attackers, you need to be good at set plays.

Because this caveat was never afforded to Dyche. That’s my point. Look at the forward players he had, Calvert Lewin (when fit) Doucoure Harrison Lindstrom McNeil Beto. With the exception of Ndiaye they’re all trash. This impacts results which was always my exact point.

Moyes results will now be impacted, yet it’s rightly being recognised for Moyes but was ignored for Dyche.

The line up with Doucoure was more likely to get a goal.than the one we had yesterday.

And I go back to the same point that Moyes dud much better with the same players. Missing 3 key attackers is hard to cope with for every manager but you still need to find a way to win points, even if its an ugly draw against a poor side.

Dyche's results were terrible and Moyes did better but that's the past and I dont see how it's relevant to the discussion on yesterday's game.

The Dychester Strikes Back

Forest to win comfortably against an impotent, defensive Everton.

Sadly, by the time our only decent outfield players return, our season is likely to be reduced to a sprint to 12th.

Squad isn’t good enough and this manager won’t find solutions to dig out, say, three 1-0 wins over the next four matches. The cup game will be pivotal to our remaining season.

The cup game is our Farewell Dyche Anniversary..

Stop forgetting "Garner" when talking best outfield players, it's pure Cringe..
