All depends Dave, if the current form is a sign that the squad has finally got to grips with what the manager wants then the goals for catagory could be set to go up a fair bit - scored 13 in the last 6 in the league (coinciding with switching to 3 at the back), a good stretch of games against teams that we really should maintain that type of scoring rate against coming up - starting with an incredible poor at the back Bournemouth
As for being bold to get CL - errrrm mate, Chelsea are winning the league this season playing counter attack footy and being very defensive most weeks, Leicester won it last season doing exactly the same thing
I'd actually argue strongly that the manager is frustrated at times by the team going into a shell still out of habit (which dates back to Moyes time tbf) - something we do seem to be getting a little better at 'not' doing of late
