I got on the train at Brunswick Wednesday afternoon last week and Vlasic was sat there with his bird and they had suitcases. He looked really fed up, they got off the same stop as me South Parkway and I said to him are you in the squad on Saturday (prior to Bournemouth away) he said no I don't think so..... So I was surprised to see him in the starting 11 v Mancs. He had an ok game
 

Anyone know why he suddenly starts against United from nowhere, plays well and then isn't involved in the derby? As well as Lookman did, found it a bit strange really as I thought Vlasic had a decent game against United, always positive with the ball.
 
Out wide we have Bolasie / Lennon / Lookman....so for me its logical to play Vlasic and Lookman every game as theyre head and shoulders better than the other two in terms of end product. Lookman on the left and Vlasic on the right till the end of the season.

In the centre its Besic / McCarthy / Schneiderlin / Klaassen who should all be sold.
Also Rooney / Gana / Baningime / Sigurdsson

If we go with a 3 in the centre then Vlasic will get games but id play him every week on the right for this season and slowly ease him into the centre ready for next season.

Pointless playing Besic / McCarthy / Schneiderlin / Klaassen / Bolasie / Lennon other than to put them in the shop window.

Yeah I’d give them both a go mate. Both are very good players and we should be looking at giving them more experience with a view to pushing on next season.
 

Hasn’t said anything wrong as yet but his sister seems to tweet as well and I hope that someone at the club has a quiet word to ensure that he doesn’t get caught out.

Need to keep this lad happy. Good attitude that he just wants to play.

Being a rising star for Split and then going to this kind of messy season must be a backward step
