To be honest I thought Ross was a lot more consistent last year, tracked back more and looked a whole lot fitter. We also have a very good record bringing youth through.

...yes, Vlasic is 19. Adeniran was a forward at Fulham but is now a central midfielder and is pictured with Unsworth at USM FF today. I'd be amazed if Vlasic isn't immediately in the 1st team squad.

..I think he's a Barkley 'type', Joey. I imagine his best position is central midfield but I dare say he can play the 'inverted' winger role we use. He's not a conventional winger. Goes past people and drives forward, fine passer and very comfortable in possession of a football. He just looks a footballer.

..not sure, Joey, I think a few might have pointed him out when we played them. I like the pedigree of youngest goalscorer for his club, including in Europe. Big step up for him but low risk for the monies paid.

Fair dos - never noticed him, or read anything in abundance of posters on here saying let's sign him, I had my eyes on that Barry long name player he looked very good - no work permit for him and not needed in our department he shone out as their best player imo!
