Jesus ******* christ.
Agree with the sentiment and the charitable donation. Pity it's Moose though as they are prone to short changing you with the promised items in your food and then sneering at you when you ask for them (or the money back). Factor 42 and all that jazz.Moose in town have put this on their Facebook page.
If anyone needed ANOTHER reason for a really good breakfast this weekend:View attachment 49677

Well that's what happened to me at another Moose location. Just saying - they seemed to think it was my fault that there were missing items in my food and that it was just my bad luck. That kind of attitude will get them Factor 42* every day of the week. I won't forget it and neither will anyone I mention it to.Genuinely not sure what you mean.
Been going there for years and don’t think I’ve ever had a bad meal or bad service (and I’m notoriously picky when it comes to standards in meals out)
I think it was deleted. What did it say?
Fair enough. Surprised to hear that, as I said, nothing but good experiences personally.Well that's what happened to me at another Moose location. * sorry, maybe it's a pre-internet term that isn't used anymore. F42 means that for every bad thing that happens to a customer an average of 42 other people will hear about it - I suspect in the present era that number is significantly higher.

Which location did you have trouble at, out of interest?
Ahh.One in the Wirral, Oxton - it's isn't a Moose these days.
Ahh.
Oddly, I don't think it's related to be honest.
Moose in Oxton was owned by the same guy that now owns Home, Homebrew Tap and Homebrew Bottle Shop - he doesn't own the Mooses that exist now afaik (2 in town, one in Crosby and one in Manchester)
Ah ok - just knew the guy who’s still in Oxton wasn’t operating Moose anymore. The original Moose owners went separate ways after that - one became Home as you say.. and the excellent but ludicrously priced Tap.. (£6 to £7 for a bottle of beer!!!) but it was definitely the same company identity (logos, design).
