Don't know a whole lot about him other than Lafleur and Love both speak very highly of him. He got promoted to QB coach in his second year on Green Bays staff.
Love certainly played well enough last season. He was definitely not the problem.
They have to start somewhere. And its better to nab those wunderkinds early if you see something. But I don't think that OC job is a good one, the Eagles are in a strange sort of situation

The Free agency and player trades haven't been too bad with Kwesi but the drafts have been of a low standard compared to the Spielmen era.
Think this came down to the QB position at the end of the day. Seeing Sam Darnold at the Super Bowl seems that KOC wanted to keep him and sit McCarthy for another year.

The year before they were superb with Darnold, Van Ginkel, Cashman and Greenard.

Personally see that more as Flores than the GM.
Well him and KOC will have full control at this year's draft and I'm fully behind that.
Van Ginkel and Cashman were definitely picked by Flores, remember reading an article about Cashman and Flores was over him.
