You’ve piped up with this crap a couple of times already, now. Are you that desperate a WUM that you need to keep at it until you get a nibble? Considered yourself obliged, now shut up because literally nobody else cares about such trivial crap at this moment in time.

Who the hell are you? The show has to go on at some point, I am merely raising the inevitable questions. Poor Hamlin's status will be unknown for a few more days at least, yet the league will have to make a decision on how to proceed within the next 24/48 hours.

At this point do not see the game being played. The big question is what to do about the playoff seeding. The Chiefs will have one more win if they beat the Raiders, can not see giving the Bill's the tie breaker when they are not tied....

I dont think thats right, from a moral/sporting point of view but the implications of delaying games etc is too much to deal with at this point.

As a Chiefs fan I wouldnt be happy with being handed the 1 seed in these circumstances at all, but I see very little option. I doubt if the Bills will be mentally ready for the Pats game let alone attempting to play the Bengals in 24 hours

The latter is exactly the kind of nonsense that drove me away from Twitter years ago.

I thought he took a hit to the chest but it’s really quite absurd to think of what needs to happen in terms of force and timing, to have the effect that - if the speculation is correct - it did. Makes it all the more tragic. I wonder if there’s any alteration to the padding that may have helped prevent this, or whether it’s just that much of a freak occurrence that having the right defib equipment on hand is all you can really do.

Its not just that, to be fair it's a really weird situation where nobody knows quite what to do. It's not something you can really be prepared for until it happens.

I think that latter point with both equipment and widespread training available is probably the best approach as it would help a whole host of other problems as well.

I also think first aid and cpr should be taught to everyone in schools and colleges.

Terrible incident and I hope the NFL have learnt from it as asking the players to warm up for 5 minutes to then carry on after what happened was absolutely ridiculous and shocking.
