With worse players and fewer resources than what Everton have. I know people don’t like him from his Liverpool days, but he’s a very good manager, had led teams to the top, and he might actually be attainable.

He was complaining about the United squad when they finished 2nd in the league. The chances of him thinking Everton are a challenge worth taking are nonexistent.
