Nothing genius about swapping your whole team. Its desperation time. Kudos to him for being brave enough to do it because we are in the place where it was needed. But any sort of long term planning, or long term vision for how you want the team to play has gone out of the window with all hope resting on the spin of the roulette wheel with the team line up.
