I can't get over being absolutely certain that Branthwaite had an own goal on a shot on target where the deflection changing the trajectory is what scored it. As in, gets paid handsomely to talk about football seemingly without knowing what an own goal actually is.

Dewsbury-Hall hasn't had the best of games. Neither has McNeil. But apart from that, everyone else has played well. Come on blues let's have the same 2nd half.

KDH did really well right at the end of the half with a nice little dribble then played a dreadful pass to Beto that was never going to come off. Just looks slightly off it.

He’s done alright McNeil, great first touch in the build up to the Beto goal but with the game so set up for counterattacks he’s not helping at all

I think McNeil, Ndiaye and Gueye have been OK but all 3 can play better. Levels have dropped

Needs to change his studs. Looks like he's ice skating out there!

He’s probably saw more of the ball than he has in any game since the Afcon, but he keeps falling over at the last minute or criminally under hitting his passes.

Still signs of encouragement that he’s working his way back into form.

I'm pretty hopeful of something here. We've done well over the years and I believe in horses for courses.

Get behind the ball and wear them down. Keep in it until HT and we'll be ok.
