What a shock, you’re easier to read than Moyes. Funny how you go missing when we lose. My stance hasn’t changed the day he got the job and won’t change until he’s gone.

I want Everton to win every game, but I know we won’t With Moyes, today we deserved it, even though we got a couple of lucky goals And Pickford did a worldie save. But we’re getting Luck away from home, but long term it’s home form that you need to have success, you’re not going to keep getting results away from home

Win, lose or draw picking McNeil was a joke . We’ve won 3 in 10 and the mangers team selections have been all over the place
TBF, that is never going to happen with any manager.

Another weird win away from home. Thought Ndiaye was terrific today, best game since return from afcon. Great effort from beto as well.

Thought the players who most had an issue with being in the starting 11 were [Poor language removed]. McNeil was terrible, his "contribution" was the 2nd goal which was just a goalkeeper blunder. Thought gana was poor as well. I know Team Moyes is puffing their chest out but think it was more a few strong individual efforts combined with Newcastle being awful.

Which part?:) playing players in their positions or his inspired subs? Just seriously curious why you single him out for the credit: i put 80% of the credit to the players sheer effort and 10% on the away support. Moyes can have 10% for finally not playing his best CB at LB, or his best midfielder at RB:)
Well the part where our manager selected a team that won.

Secondly every single anti-Moyes scrote on here would have been vilifying him had we lost.

No one really puts 80% of the blame on players when we lose, so only seems fair to balance the scales when we win.

It’s my opinion, don’t like it, shove it where the sun doesn’t shine.

Jermaine Beckford was in the away end today with his lad as well. Can actually spot them in the pic Everton posted 💙

You aren't the first to say this today, or even in previous gf games, but McNeil's principal contribution was actually a good early shot on target that forced the keeper into a semi-extended save. Yes, there was an error there, but not like the keeper let a shot dribble between his legs, or palmed it into the goal. No early shot, no Everton goal, whether you like it or not, mate. Excellent effort from McNeil.
