Come off it. That wasn’t even the best win of the season - at Villa with a threadbare squad topped this.
After we lost at home to Newcastle, their first away win of the season, Moyes said we couldn't hope to compete with Newcastle because they were several levels above us. Therefore he must think that was one of his best ever wins. Either that or he was talking cobblers, which was my thoughts at the time.

Theres an ignore button fella
We’ve hired two dinosaur mangers for the last 4 yrs, I didn’t want Moyes back and for the reason, most of us can see what’s happening.

I’m not burying my head in the sand like your good self, the constant nonsense like be careful what you wish, bet West Ham still had him.

Like I said I didn’t him back, the guy is 62 and never changing. I can’t wait to watch some exciting football at home and for the most part away. And hopefully it won’t be long until I do
Like I said there’s an ignore button

ye we’ve been ran greatly for years

and not stood still whilst other clubs have moved forward

your the one burying your head in the sand if you can’t see progress

like i say he’s here another season

for sure.

The brilliance of iliman to get us up the pitch.
But more than that, he gives our defenders a breather when he has the ball, you can almost see the relief in their faces when he has the ball.
They know that just for a minute or two they can relax.
He is pure gold.
Even if N'diaye isn't at his best, he has the ability to take us up the pitch, win fouls and keep the full back marking him concerned

Well like i said to you the other day there is still over 1/4 of the season to go, progress will depend on them remaining games, depending on results tomorrow 4/5 points could separate us to 14th
Dyche’s last season with a much worse squad got 48, without the deduction. Then the same points last year.

So as for progress, let’s see as Moyes spent 130 in the summer. And we’re taking about him taking over from one of the worst managers in our history.

What a shock, you’re easier to read than Moyes. Funny how you go missing when we lose. My stance hasn’t changed the day he got the job and won’t change until he’s gone.

I want Everton to win every game, but I know we won’t With Moyes, today we deserved it, even though we got a couple of lucky goals And Pickford did a worldie save. But we’re getting Luck away from home, but long term it’s home form that you need to have success, you’re not going to keep getting results away from home

Win, lose or draw picking McNeil was a joke . We’ve won 3 in 10 and the mangers team selections have been all over the place
Just chiming in here.

Like I’ve said it myself. Moyes isn’t the guy to take us to the next level. But honestly, who is with this squad? Who’ could get more out of this squad right now?

Agree on McNeil. Not good enough for this level. That said, at least he offers some threat now and then.

What I don’t get is this: everyone’s been shouting that Moyes sticks to the same XI and never changes anything. Today he actually made some rotation and suddenly that’s wrong too? Feels like he can’t win either way.

Loads to improve, no doubt. But the pragmatic approach makes sense to me given what he’s working with. And let’s be honest — we’ve seen this done a lot worse (just look at Sean Dyche).
