Our 2 strikers score 15 each for the first time since the 80s in front of a black hole of a midfield and they're the problem, right you are.

And that too in a crap season. amazing really.

Well the daily mirror are saying us, Benfica and Newcastle are looking at Josh King from Bournemouth

Much more pressing issues than strikers, they've proved they can score and that's with no service.

People also have to expect Richarlison to be gone next summer - the best clubs get the top players replacements in the season before to have them bedded in - imagine if Kean was Richarlisons replacement and only scored 2 goals all season.

Its all well and good saying we have 2x strikers on 15 goals but DCL had a purple patch so enough of that silly talk...

1x inconsistent striker
1x young striker who only scored 2 goals
2x crap strikers in Tosun / Sandro

Not saying we dont have priorities elswhere on the pitch but an injury lay off to Richarlison and we are goosed.

Striker and CB are at the bottom of the priority list.

We are bagel FC at the moment and need to fill the giant gaping hole in the centre of the park as soon as possible

If we can get our midfield sorted then i dont see why we cannot look at getting in an experienced striker. A lot will depend on the formation Carlo is looking to play and may also depend on moving tosun/sandro's wage.

We are far too financially constrained to try and invest upfront.

The same reason is why we won't be getting a new keeper either.

The focus is central midfield and right wing.

qualify for europe this season and then next summer this could be our top priority, we definitely need a 20 goal striker to compete for top 4, but lets get the 3 or 4 main areas strengthened in the first team for this season, hope that kean improves again and then we can look at a big money purchase imo. We still may have to pay for tosun this season if we can't offload him, but he'll surely be gone for good after next summer.
