I think he is on an extended holiday, no I don’t mean the last two seasons, being in Spain means he has to go in isolation for 14 days, and then he can continue his holiday at Finch Farm along with Sigurdsson, Bolasie, Besic, Tosun, Iwobi and two or three others.

I meant to write "can't see anyone wanting to take him" not "can" lol But that really is an atrocious return for a forward at any level. His whole career since joining us seems to have been an extended holiday

I don't think we need another striker. Certainly not a 1st choice 1.

We had 2 strikers score 15 for the 1st time in 30 years and neither of them took a penalty. That's a great return. On top of that, our midfield was useless. We had 5 defenders get nearly twice as many assists (16) as our entire midfield (10).

I actually think with a proper midfield, they could do that again, maybe even more. Maybe that's just overly optimistic.

If we did manage to sell Tosun and Sandro, I would consider a short term contract for Ibrahimovic if he doesn't resign with Milan, as someone to have around the squad, for the young strikers we have to learn from, plus he is a born winner. Or maybe another young talent to line up as a potential future star in the event 1 of the 3 leaves. But in terms of options, I'd be happy to go with what we have and see how they develop.

However, a great striker might just be the step change to transform the team's performances. OK, where do we magic a great striker out of thin air without any of the competition realising how good they are and pricing us out of the deal?
