If TV revs go down it makes the rev generated from match day (i.e. a new stadium) even more imperative.

Having said that, my understanding is it's been the explosion of worldwide rights that have driven a lot of the revenue increase rather than just in the UK. I mean you don't even get every game, for chrissake.
