New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

Difficulty with location is getting cars past anti-vehicle barriers & one hour pre & post game/event road closures. Unless its near full all year round it might be difficult to get a justifiable ROI.

Think I'm missing the point, but multi-storey, combined with thousands walking down the regent rd, pre/post match, is a recipe for another car queue getting out? Unless of course the car parks not for fans on match days

There are hard and soft road closures around the ground which limits any vehicle movements. That being said, the vehicle barriers on Regent Road are positioned after the access/egress to Nelson Dock so suspect they would still allow traffic in and out and manage it accordingly, it's no different to events at any number of major venues around the country.

Any MSCP on Nelson Dock would only effectively be replacing the temporary surface car park that is there now and is completely full on match days. If the club want to have a stadium and complementary development that is active all year round then they are going to need parking. Whether that is ultimately on Nelson Dock or elsewhere i don't know. However, they have tried twice to incorporate an MSCP into the stadium design, and have now got a huge surface car park (albeit temporary). I'd be quite frankly amazed if an MSCP isn't in their thinking for future development.

About 20-25 mins in, when people are arriving staggered. Leaving all at once you're gonna get a bit clogged up at bits, the Bascule Bridge for example. But shouldn't take you longer than 30 mins if you get a clip on when the space opens up

I left Villa, managed a pint in the BMH and got back to Lime for my 6pm train, with time to spare to grab a few cans in Marks, with ease
That's quicker than the bus  . it was about 6-30 when we got to Commutation Row.

Having trouble with Aramark (BMD and NEC) and Pendigo NEC taking money then returning money to my account ever since I used it at BMD on the self serve beer.
3 times it’s happened this week.

I’ve had to raise a fraud query with my bank.

Anyone else have this?
Fortunately didn't have any issues myself

Anyone know approx walk time after match to city centre? Goin to first game v West Ham and need to catch the last tunnel bus think its 23.35?!
I know it sounds daft but in all seriousness, it depends how quickly you walk. It's taken me a bit less than 20 minutes to get to and from town on my own but when I did it with a couple of others it was probably over half an hour.

Where does the bus go from?
Rough rule of thumb, unless you're heading to the IWF/Murphy's/Ten Streets/Pier Head turn left up Walter St next to the Titanic.
Avoid the bridge unless you can't.
Bus is from Sir Thomas St …dont think we’ll make it. Imagine Uber will be difficult.

Google maps says 40 minutes from BMD to Sir Thomas street. That must be a slow walk mind you. I reckon I could do it in 25 at a quickish pace.
2000 kick off will finish about 2155, you should easy make it. I would just leave with a minute of injury time to go to get out sharpish. Although it's a shame you have to do that.
Can't you get a train?
