New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

Looks like that will catch the wind like a sail. Could see a load of blues 60 ft in the air and then dumped into the Mersey.
Oh god you’ve done it now - a hundred or so pages about the poor design of the wind mitigation measures and lack of consideration for air sea rescue in the crowd control strategy 😱

So, do we need one of the youth keepers practising daily in all conditions hitting the target from our 18 yard line? Learn the regular conditions, make home advantage count. There's the 'bounce' factor to consider as well, The dock isn't terra ferma so to speak, will it be consistent or will there be flat spots or excessive bounce areas.

I'd suggest so. Perhaps even a new birthing programme at the academy to encourage babies with a super ability to play in what is an undeniably uncontrollable wind, with an exasperating stench from the sewage works and on a pitch that it too small.

Let's not forget, the ability to transport themselves because God forbid they need to walk 5 mins to get to a bus or taxi

(Preferably waterproof skin too for when they are sat in the directors box while they await their big chance, wouldnt want them getting soaked).

  1. Sliced and diced by the wind farm/ whirlygigs of death.
  2. Risk of drowning in the first 70 rows of each stand.
  3. Death from exhaustion / exposure getting to the stadium.
  4. Blown in to the Irish Sea by adverse Ferrell cell winds
  5. High likelihood of sudden death syndrome due having to use steps to the tops of the upper stands.

Melted by the glass panes in summer - it's not come up yet, but give it 'till spring.

It’s a good job the capacity’s only 53k, think we’re going to struggle to get that many there.

It’s enough to give Bear Grylls pause for thought, although he’d probably give it go just to find an excuse to have Mel B have a slash on him again.

Remember when work started people were questioning whether or not it would be big enough for a pitch.. there's always something.

When they said it’s 53k that’s the capacity counted after the game, the true figure is 68k but as much as 15k were lost to strong winds, drowning in the front row and after the countless dead having to trek a full mile to get to the ground.

Unbelievable it’s even still standing
