The more I see it, the more I share the opinion of many on here, that we have missed a trick not making the capacity 60k.

Don’t agree at all. At 60k you lose intimacy and atmosphere. 52k will do us very nicely

I think 55k would have been the magic number myself.

But....when you see it and you'll see how steep it is, trust me when I say 52k will feel like 72k.

@Noggsy blue knows, he's actually stood in the middle of it at ground level so he'll have a real sense of how imposing it is. @tommye basically lives there after work and he knows how imposing it is even from the distance he has to take pics.

100% the renders we've seen will not do it justice. You've just got to see the rake of the South Stand to see how imposing it will be.
