The Athletic (Greg O’Keefe) said we will have the planning application decision next month. The club have recently said that they expect no delays to the project, so we live in hope.

Everton FC, the people who have got the loan to build the stadium so they are the people in charge because the are paying the all bills the the on the spec they want.
This means, if they see a change being proposed and they don't like it they can always say
"No, I don't want this part done like that I want it done more like this, in the original plans, No lowering of standards on this build than you."

It’s took 4 years to get to this point, I doubt we were ever gonna get it built to schedule.
