Of course there is. There always is. The TV money allows us to make an additional 25m a year so over the next 3 years that's 75m assuming we don't spend any more on transfers and wages than what we are doing currently and given the age and quality of our squad that is feasible.

A new stadium would cost approx 200m. 75m would be more than enough to unlock further funding at a reasonable interest level.

WHP is possible but we just have to commit to it and not go along with the flow of teams spending stupid money on wages of average players. It might mean a decade of the footballing equivalent of austerity but it is feasible. Arsenal already have done it and look at them now.

And we can't get that without a new stadium. We won't be able to keep pace but we will be able to keep around mid-table until the stadium is built and the extra revenue offsets the repayments but you are right we can't do both.
