New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

The fence separation is relatively new since they allowed home fans to walk along the car parking bit next to the water works. Earlier in the season it was just a few barriers and the crossing of fingers that nothing kicked off.

There was a bit of agro after the arsenal game which maybe made them think about changing something.

It's not too different to the bullens road before, lots of home fans would walk after the game in the direction of town and mix with the away fans coming out. The only (and quite a big) problem is the exit gate which slows everyone down and pushes them together

The whole vibe down at that stadium is that the fans are a nuisance who turn up every fortnight and have to be contained as best as possible.

I've been to 5 games at that stadium and not enjoyed the experience other than marvelling at the build and environment it's set in. The hospitaity is 💩...in fact it's a disgrace, given the prices fans are charged.

A horrible venue in that respect. The good news is that it can change. It's just humans interacting with humans and that can easily be done for the better rather than for the worse. But they'll have to knock on the head the treatment of fans as an alien force who are only there on suffrance to fleece every home game and then get shut of ASAP. The commercial forces who run this facility are an utter 'kin shambles and need punting.

Having been to every game this season I don’t recognise anything that you have experienced. Maybe your just unfortunate

It's a disgrace tbh mate, came over recently with my little lad to see me mum and dad and booked him in for a tour for his birthday, told him about our history and how he's get to see a bit of it up close etc. Other than some branding on the walls and a couple of mentions of old players there was nothing. Shocking effort from the club tbh.
Yes, that must have been really disappointing. I did the Goodison tour last August and you could see the Cup Winners Cup and Cannon Division One trophies in the '85 lounge so I assume they are still there.

Someone on here mentioned that the trophies were being moved to one of the executive lounges at Hill Dickinson in the summer. Hopefully they will put all the cups together in the same place and include it in the stadium tour.

Dave, in all honesty, I sometimes wonder whether you would do yourself a huge favour by finding something other than professional football to take an interest in ...

It's not much being asked for: reasonably priced tickets in an environment that's friendly and hospitable.

If you think those demands should be seen as aspirational then the commercial forces have won.

We should never accept their view of the world.

That FAB lot do and it's why they're universally ridiculed for it.

If it was free you still wouldn't go😂
