Here’s the structure. They have a US holding company and a holding company in the country of each club.

Exactly.

Unforgivable yesterday that a lot of people who apparently have pull in the Everton community were telling fans this is "an effectively" debt free club now. They should hang their heads in shame contributing to that myth.
