Great let's appoint Capello or Sacchi then. They both won a load of pots before the IPhone was invented as well

A fundamental misunderstanding of the antipathy that he pumped up between the two clubs to levels not seen since the Heysel days

It's a bit like not understanding why Everton plumbed a real depth allowing Allardyce to bring Sammy Lee in.

Decline to mention his record in the “demanding” Chinese league there!

Maybe it is his mighty 25% win rate.

But he plays nice footy even if most games do end up in defeat but at least we would be able to enjoy watching us play before getting beat.

Quite astonishing innit.
Nonsense! 25% with Brighton is perhaps not worth than 40% with Everton or 80% with Madrid. Look at the football played, the progression of the team, the team spirit, the idea behind of what you see on the pitch. Then you can see what the future will give you. With the pensioners kind of football the future looked bleak. Believe me, he did know it. The man is a fraud but stupid he isnt.

An awful lot of ignoring the fact that Bascombe and King are broken clocks. Theyve already said we only had a shortlist of Nuno and Moyes last week. They haven't had an exclusive in years.
Reading the Mirror article it’s also saying Galtier and Martinez under active consideration so obviously just going with the sensationalist headline of Rafael. Basically nothing new as we all knew those names were floating about.

Probably been said but the list of names hardly inspire.
I was gutted when I heard Nuno and palace talks broke down as it meant he was back in the mix!
The guy from Lille surely has to be the most interesting candidate!!
