Ok we can say his 'underlying stats' of his team are good but do we want to be back in this position in another season or so? Potter has coaching talent I just feel it's a bit soon personally if he had over achieved at Brighton I would be fine with it. As it is it's a risk .

I think Potter has ability but then again i think Howe and Nuno do too. Lets face it a lot of these appointments are pure luck anyway.

I am happy to go for whoever Brands choice is with this one (again risky) as that's what he is supposed to be there for.
