Went to a Sportsmans night years ago . "Psycho Pat" who was surposed to be answering in the Q & A after the big penny push for charity just sat there and didnt say a peep .
Crazy night... Crazy fella.

I think he could be useful cover at CB as well as Midfield. I too would prefer to ship out MCarthy first.
But fitness is the key.

If he was a few inches taller, he'd be worth persevering with at centre back as his ability to being the ball out from the back has added a different dimension whenever he has been on the pitch in preseason. As it is he'd be a liability against any team with a big lad up front.

Frustrating player to me. He has this amazing low centre of gravity and incredible ability to carry the ball but his ability to see and execute a pass is not the greatest, particularly for a prospective midfielder - then there's the injuries too

Doubt he has a future here, mostly because his physical stature and the holes in his game mean he doesn't really have a natural position
