It's startling really but Besic is like litmus paper and proves without doubt that we have an enormous biff problem with out under thirty fans.

They've more in common than Evertonians with their over rating of average midfield players.

He really wasn't bossing the midfield every game last season darling. He, like the rest was pretty crap and rash in his decision making. Needs to learn when and when not to snap someone.
Done good today though, but no point in making a verdict yet. Still so much to prove

Barry had yet another great game. But hope Besic can eventually be his replacement. Barry's legs can't last forever.

Besic changed the game and was undoubtably our MotM, but with regards to him replacing Barry, I just don't think he's mature enough to do that job yet. I think he suits playing a little further up the field like he did today so he can press and harry the opposition midfield.

Honestly can't understand how he could still run towards the end of today, lads 10 years younger than him would have been worn out by the workload Barry has done so far this season.

Would be superb if Besic can learn some of his nous and take over from him gradually, had an encouraging cameo today.

People were blinded by his tats and their stereotypes about hard Eastern Europeans and jokes about war torn countries. They couldn't see he was actually pretty poor for most of his first season because they wanted to make jokes like the Soccer AM host wannabes they are

The teens and early twenties think Besic just gave one of the great Everton midfield performances. It's amazing.

Agreed. Despite him getting on, he's been our best CM this season. While he's playing as he is there's no reason to drop him

I love Gazedine Zibaz to bits but he looked completely shagged by the 70th minute. He's not gonna last forever. Curious to see how our midfield lines up in the cups.

He gave us some bite in the midfield and was instrumental in our best moves through midfield. He looked the full package to me.

Barry was great today, until Besic came on and Mori decided to get stuck in as well, the only player prepared to get in and get in hard. Class is permanent even if the legs don't last so long.

I can only agree, last season, Barry was pretty poor at times, but so was everybody, this season, Barry is the 2nd name on the team sheet, after Rom.
