It's quite simple now I think. If this problem is genetic ( the plus muscle weight causes problems to his hammy) then it can't be fixed, whatever the medical staff tries. In this case Besic needs to think very-very hard about what he wants better. Playing in England (and having multiple injuries) or have a normal, mainly injury-free carrier. If he's wise enough then I have to say sadly - he has to leave. To BuLi or La Liga. It's nothing extraordinary, there are players whose genetic is built for PL and there are some whose are not.

I agree fully. We should sell him.

intresting never hear about genetics being a problem for some footy players apart from height
