Nice to have players on board but the reality is barring 1 and probably 2 major injuries to Barry McCarthy or Gibson his only action is gonna be Europa.

We could well end up playing 50-55 games this season. Four players for two positions seems wise and they're unlikely to feel short changed.

Not having cover for Barry and McCarthy last season ended up being costly. I think we'll see a bit of him in the PL, letting McCarthy rest his legs for the odd game and maybe even providing cover at centre-back.

His parents are Bosnian. Germany didn't have a "Jus Soli" (if you're born here, you're a citizen) rule until 2000.

He's a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
