The logical answer is that he's signed but they're waiting for a proper unveiling when he gets back, because that stuff is important to football clubs now.

Personally, I think he's done and dusted but we the Everton TV Crew won't have a chance to grab an interview until next week. They may even get an interview but the pictures holding up the scarves etc will be back in FF

no its a paperwork delay with Wonga , there checking the details bill gave them for his payday loan.

He's been at finch farm this week and in Austria last week.

If the deal was done they'd have announced it by now.

The club have probably made this announcement because a player they don't own has been pictured flying out to Thailand.

I'm sure it will all be done in due course though, I'm fairly sure about that

Nice to have players on board but the reality is barring 1 and probably 2 major injuries to Barry McCarthy or Gibson his only action is gonna be Europa.
