Out of intrest how much would the perspective new owner have to invest annualy "to take the club forward"?

I'd say look at the similar sized teams around us as to how much their budget is for new players each season.

So that would be Villa and Spurs.

i would love to know what ol' billy "boys pen" has done to deserve such loyalty amongst supporters, as someone who was delighted to have a "blue"in charge, he has disillusioned me with his antics and failures.
