Which three clubs are these?!?Killed three football clubs.
Yeah, well in Moyesie for winning one of your last 2 games.
United, Sociedad and Sunderland....so far.Which three clubs are these?!?
He was at United for less than a season - hardly enough time to ruin a massive organization.United, Sociedad and Sunderland....so far.
Certainly looks like he'll have enough to save them from relegation. Personally think we were the biggest job he was fit for, but I don't blame him for giving the United job a shot. Just a shame he let himself down with his arrogance when he left.
Just had a quick look at their forum, one of them thinks Moyes has a better squad there than he had with us. Can't agree there at all. Don't watch them much but the only ones that stand out for me are Lanzini and Arnautovic. And both seem to be very inconsistent. Not even close for me.
Think they overrate the likes of Zabaleta, Hart and Hernandez based on who they used to play for.
Took over the champions and they have'nt recovered since. He was at United for less than a season - hardly enough time to ruin a massive organization.
Sociedad he did a decent job first season and was sacked the next and they kicked on - hardly ruined
Sunderland are a basket case club - ask Sam who was on the verge of quitting until England came in for him.
Over the long term Moyes has proved he can build a good football unit on limited resources
He left Everton in a far better state than either of his successors. I am reasonably confident he will have a better legacy than Sam as well.Took over the champions and they have'nt recovered since.
Left Sociedad staring down the barrel of relegation.
Relegated Sunderland after his predecessors (who were all rubbish themselves) kept them up.

Problem is the club was never in a financial position to compete. The glass ceiling was real with that financial setupBut did he really? When he took over everton were largely still regarded as a sleeping giant with the 90s regarded as a blip, when he left everton were largely regarded as a small club overachieving by finishing 6th.
He put his own glass ceiling in place early on.
Financially he did well but it's football and as we see today reputation plays a bigger part than money.
In that respect he sent us backwards.
Just seen your name, I await a balanced unbiased reply.
He had a decent set of results for the first time since he left here 5 years ago and that's enough for his dwindling band of supporters to start talking him up again. He left Everton in a far better state than either of his successors. Also today Moyes completed a double century of wins in the English top flight, with only Harry Redknapp, Arsene Wenger and Alex Ferguson having achieved more...
criticise moyes all you want but he at least gave us some hope in the big games
