It’s sad that people can’t appreciate the good work he did at this club. You’d think after the last 3 and a bit seasons that people would have realised just what a good job he did.

Sod that. I hate you Moyes with every fibre of my being because you said something slightly derogatory about Everton in a press conference once.
He said and did a few derogatory things tbh but I both appreciate what he did for us, and would hate for us to have him back.

He said himself it doesn't tend to work out for most who leave everton

All he can do these days is namedrop us and hope enough people will overlook his one man tour of the PL and Europe killing football clubs.

An utter disaster of a manager.

Surely it would be end of his career

Eventually he will go full circle, and end up back at Preston NE.

Millions in the bank, but full of regrets for his caution and missed opportunities.

He had chances at Everton to win a trophy, but he blew it with his continual negativity.

I agree he did lot's of good things at Goodison, but he flushed it all down the lav, when he left for Manure, and his subsequent comments and actions relating to Everton.

All of the indications are that it could be back to back relegation's for Moyes, he'll blame everyone else but himself.

A man incapable of learning from his past errors, and making the required changes.

I do appreciate what he did, he signed some of the best players I've ever seen play in an Everton shirt (Arteta, Pienaar, Cahill, Baines) and he deserves big props for his consistent top 8 finishes after we spent years battling relegation. Not many managers could have accomplished that, even before the PL became a much tougher place to do well in like it has since he left. It's just I won't forget about the bad things he was responsible for either.

  • Never winning a cup when he had teams well capable of it
  • Spending his last 3 or 4 seasons generally sulking and acting not one bit arsed
  • ALWAYS waving a white flag in big away games and talking afterwards like it was achievement to only lose narrowly
  • Consistently favouring rubbish like Osman, Hibbert and Neville over younger and better players, or least ones who had lots of potential
  • Lying to club officials about how he we probably going to re-sign when he knew MONTHS beforehand he was going
  • Sending out a reserve XI against the worst RS side ever so Gerrard could have his own testimonial, complete with hat-trick

He can now be classed as a dinosaur who's been left behind by how much the league has evolved over the past few years, it's simple as that. He's never been an innovative manager and nowadays you have to be if you're going to get a tune out of limited players. Simply making them work harder in training and shouting at them when they're playing poorly isn't enough, He's took Sunderland down with the most pathetic of whimpers and he's nailed go again with West Ham. After that he'd be lucky to even get the Scotland job. He's made so many bad decisions over the past few years and can only blame himself.

Sacked by Christmas at this rate.
After a quick peruse at one of their forums, this is something that a fair few of their fans are also mentioning; relegation is also nailed on.

However, while they have no real belief that he will last much longer, let alone bring survival, there's a fair bit of acceptance that it's not his fault.

In the Premier League certainly but the Championship and lower or maybe Scotland? No way, there's still loads of options left for him. His name still carrys enough reputation from his work here to justify clubs like that taking a gamble on him.
