This seems to be the key thing that people aren't getting.

The ref can award a yellow for diving, but the punishment of a ban, only comes into play after the ref has missed the dive and awarded a pen or sent a player from the opposing team off.

Yep. Literally bored of having the same conversation over and over with one of my mates who is adamant Niasse wasn't a dive and west ham should get a ban.

Got a job on his hands there, looking at there squad they should be around mid table , but they look lost.
With him only having a short contract can't see him having much money to spend in Jan either and a horrible run of games up to it as well making it even harder to attract players into the club.
