As much as a want everton to play bright attacking football which moyes has no idea how to produce no manager in the world will take this job on. So it stick or twist. If we stick moyes has to start being more vocal about transfer dealing there is no way he wanted Dibling

I would be happy to give him to the end of the season and re-assess.

The board has set him up to fail, the squad lacks quality and quantity.

Equally he makes decisions that are hard to understand or rationalise.

If we finished top half I’d see that as progress from last season.

Would I give him another season based on it? I guess there’s many variables that have to be considered.

Style of play and development of younger players being two areas I’d be keen to include in my decision of weather he should stay on or not.

He’s got us safe, and for that we should be somewhat thankful.

How have the board set him up to fail?
He’s had a decent wedge to spend, and any coach worth his salt improves players.

They wasted the money on players that don't improve the starting 11

They left him with an umbalanced squad with massive holes, that was always going to be short come AFCON.

Recruitment last summer is one of the biggest causes of this mid season collapse.

Depends if you believe if he’s responsible for the signings or not. I don’t.

Who spends money to not play the players bought. For me Jack & KDH are his the others he would never have pushed for.

Also I mean look at that bench today, wouldn’t have mattered who was in charge we had nothing to change the game.

That’s before you consider who started for us.

The squad quality and lack of depth is criminal.

Will pick up again once our better players come back. Dewsbury hall been a huge miss in particular.

He has a glass ceiling but still wouldn’t be overly surprised if he gets us into the europa conference. Going through a horrible patch but in the league still around where we need to be.

Honestly think that 11 today gets easily relegated. Squad depth just not there.
Yeah - the same KDH some of the “experts” on here wanted dropped for Carlos Alveraz!

This is very similar to a thread on a West Ham forum 2 years ago when they felt they needed to push on.....names mentioned where thomas Frank, Nuno, potter and Edward's at Luton. We need to be patient this season is still way better than the last five.
What’s it got to do with West Ham?
We’re talking about what is right for Everton.
