It wont. We have 3 loan spots to fill and some money. Loans will come in later than normal due to teams figuring out who their 25-man squad is, and with having a bit of money now it would surprise me if we arent talking to clubs about players as we speak.

Exactly. People are analysing our current squad size for the entire season. There is still almost 3 weeks left in the window, and we only sold a player yesterday! Yes the season starts next week, but we have a first XI that is as good as the side that finished last season.
