Moyes is the man to do the job

His conference may have been fine but it does not hide in many eyes his at times absymal adherence to his faves come what may and his dubious tactics.

The next game will Hibbo, Osman, Distin be playing, I think so, or Neville in for Hibbo. Yuck.

I said this at the beginning of the season to someone else and I'll repeat it now. Moyes is not a finished product as a manager. He's fantastic building a squad and getting the maximum out of very little. He is now in the process of learning how to manage a bigger squad. He will get there, but he's not there yet. I also seem to remember almost getting relegated the year before we qualified for the CL. Humans tend to assign permanence to things which are always temporary. We're not gonna win the league or even qualify for CL this year which is disappointing, but we will end up finishing in the top 10 comfortably, in my mind.

What the team needs right now is support, not vitriol.

Its nice to know we've got the Moyes Haters in full retreat.

Come on blues. 3pts please. Show us some guts.

Get a life Matt, we are not Moyes haters at least I speak for myself. I have reservations over his team selections and tactics which you also have. But at least I can take off my dark tinted glasses and really see these points, can you???

There is no doubt we need to record out first win but Craven Cottage has never been a happy hunting ground and who??? is now in charge not gentleman Roy.

What changes do you think he should make to the starting 11? If you don't mind me asking?

No not at all. I would like to see Distin dropped and Heittinga back at CB, Coleman at RB, in the middle Arteta. Fellaini, Cahill, Pienaar and upfront Yak and Beckford.

My personal opinion is that Heitinga isn't all that! Distin has been shocking but Heitinga lacks commitment on and off the field. I don't think he's bothered if we win 3-0 or lose 3-0. He strolls back, there no urgency with the lad. I don't think Coleman is ready to start week in week out either personally, good attackin RB but knowhere near the finish article. Anyone with a half decent left winger would have him in tatters.

As for the midfield, Moyes has built his success on 4-5-1 changing that may now be the odvious answer but that is going to take time! Personally I don't think his team selections have been too wrong. The players seem less commited this year and I think that is where the problem lies. Also I think Yakubu is finished, maybe a 7-8 goal a season man now....not worth a carrot!

Thats just one step away from calling me a "Moyes apologist".

Go on. You know you want to.

Having just watched the lastest press conference with moyes , I have to say he looks to be handling the pressure quite well and answered the questions in the right way..I have been a fool and I take it all back about getting Moyes out...

I AM A DOUGHNUT...

Fair enough lid, well in.

I have been studying you closely and I think that I can now classify your species, and it's very exciting news indeed.

You suffer from Severe Demonic Possession post game. To all of us on here we have marvelled at the work of Ghost, who suffers the same affliction during Dinner with the Demons but generally his demons let go of the vessel, by which I mean his mortal Welsh body, usually by the next morning. Your possession is much more prolonged and violent, lasting anything up to six days which is a first we've seen here in the GOTLabs.

In conclusion, were lucky to have you here. I'm confident that your presence post defeats will generate sufficient popcorn to keep the snides happy for a few days after which can only be a good thing.
