Moyes - IN or OUT ?

How significant is finishing above the red side two seasons in a row?

So you'd want rid of the man responsible for the achievement of guiding the side to 4th place - against all the odds - because you'd fancy someone who 'was better in the cups' hahahaha, unbelievable.

Well a) we won't finish 4th and b) there is no achivement to doing it. It's like reaching a cup final (and given the seeding system it's like reaching a cup final vs say man city). What matters is getting to the group stage and I have no faith that Moyes can do that.

I think regardless of who is in charge next season and the next few season are going to be about rebuilding as best we can and replacing some of the over 30's whilst still trying to add to and improve the squad. Moyes or not that's what lies ahead and when you have built a team like Moyes has that is always going to come about at some point. Players don't go on forever. The trick is getting the right blend so you don't fall off where you had been.

Moyes has never bottled a game in his life, certainly not this Season - MoutsGoat

Since Moyes has built a couple of decent squads in his time here with no money wouldn't it make sense to keep him if we can?

Yeah, it's why his refusal to blood the youth is going to bite us at some point. It would be nice if we knew that duffy, barkley etc were ready to take places in the first team when distin and osman give way and we don't.

How about we get Moyes to sign on as our league manager ensuring we stay competitive and break through into European competitions, and then get a cup specialist in for those games.
IT MIGHT JUST WORK!!

the spurs game was a real eye opener. two teams in similar positions and with similer points but the football was miles apart. the movement spurs had when in possession was ten times ours, they really did look classy. we mostly just hoof for position in the other teams half abit like rugby union. This is down to the coaching and the match tactics. Moyes to Sale!!!.

While I partly agree, must point out that despite all Spurs' 'silky' play, they still didn't beat us.

Different styles yes, doesn't make on better than the other. Arguably we should have won it with Anichebe's late change too.

we shouldn't be begging anybody to manage us, we are a top 7 EPL side with a lot of international talent. Why would you not want to manage this club? He has built a couple of squads agreed but ultimately has failed to put any trophies in the cabinet and has resigned himself to being a non runner.

Moyes has changed he looks beaten and not up for the challenge anymore. To move forward we need someone who is hungry and has a fresh approach, in my humble opinion.

We've taken 4 points of Spurs this season & put 4 past them.......

It does for the fans mate. i would rather have the same points watching exciting football.

I am going to enjoy the last games of the season, then put my feet up and watch Billy blert in the main stand come out from under his rock to deal with the future of the club off and on the pitch.

Happy Times.

You're not wrong but we were away from home to be fair. At home it's not half as bad.
