Seriously though. Why does Moyes say such things. Talk about dangling carrots. The 48 hours are up and no signing.

The club just seem to do it all the time. How many players have the club said we are in talks with, and that have gone cold?

They used to say nothing and then it would happen.

moyes did only say he was looking to bring players in overthe next 48 hours. although as always with everton and signing players it never seems that simple.

i understand the naughton bid was down to sheff united being dicks, but i really feel we will sign our players, perhaps up to 3 on the last day of the window. midnight style.

I was just wondering because I remember someone with a similar name a few years back was peddling the young athletic american players and he was saying that we could team them how to play football.

That was all.
