Moutinho - all talk in here please.

Personally, I think Moutinho wants to move on. The fact that his own agent is negotiating the deal tells me this isn't like the Lucho Gonzalez bid. This is realistic and it could happen in my opinon.

If we do get him I still hope the board gets sacked!!

Buying quality players for us! What are they up to?

I wouldn't go that far. Moyes is having to sell Johnson to raise the funds it seems. I think there giving us a reasonable budget but nothing more than Moyes deserves or the fans for that matter.

i was watching star sports last night and they had a re run of the sporting v dynamo kiev game from last seasons champions league.

perfect chance to actually see this guy play.

he was amazing. i do not exaggerate. both commentators said he was man of the match and he even scored a lovely goal from the edge of the box arriving late.

he would be an amazing addition to our midfield. i can see why moyes wants to spend 18 million on him.

i could not believe he was wearing the captains armband at just 21 as well!

if this was footy manager i'd break the bank for him! lol!

I payed 7.5 million up front, and 15 million over 24 months for him :), my team also rules now btw, 3rd in the premiership.

If this transfer is happening, it still wouldnt go thourgh until the end of next week i would think, with all the medicals needed to be done n stuff.

I'll leave this link again, so you guys can watch this little kid in action for the second half of the cup match against benfica.

Playing defensive midfielder he was a little general leading the troops to come back from 2-0 down.

It's 45 minutes but they are worth the look.

It says we have offered him a 5 year deal with "favourable" wages. I guess more than what he's on now!

It goes on to say that the offer is expected to arrive any time soon, adding that, at present, we don't intend to go above €20m having commented that Ronaldinho went to Milan for €25m.

Dont we have to have had a bid accepted by the club before we can disscuss wages "officaly that is".

I haven't got a clue to be honest, according to the Portuguese paper we've offered Favourable wages.

He must want out, His own agent is negotiating the deal. What does that tell you? Too quote HB this would be "the deal of the century."

I think if Pini is working for Mouthino and Everton that tells you what you need to know really, turkies are hardly going to vote for Christams, Pini would get two wedges instead of one out of this.

Regardless of what Sporting want if the player wants the move which seems to be the case, and Everton want the move, its going to happen really isnt it, when rather then if. All Sporting can hope for is the best deal.

Goes to show the power of agents in the modern game. Working in our favour for once.(y)

I see Veloso's agent stuck his head above water today fishing for a move away from Sporting too.

Did anyone read Jags comments today i thought they were really intresting!

In Pini we trust.

He'll get the deal done, like he did with the Yak. They don't call him the super agent for nothing.
