Would rather we signed nobody than pay £30m for Sissoko. He's been consistently awful for the barcodes for two years and, frankly, McCarthy is better.

If he'd not played in the Euros the price tag would be around half of what they're looking for.

Thing is a lot of us dont rate McCarthy, if we sell him for 15 and get Sissoko for 30 is that good work? Wont that improve the squad for 15m ? I dunno.
