I thought it was perfectly obvious what I meant but whatever, obviously you didn't. Live and learn eh.....

Nice backtracking, you were having a go at the entire fanbase, got called on it then used a false claim of only going after the social media section. It's cool it's your opinion. FTR I'd have had a Mourinho type, just not present day Jose

Mourinho would never come to Everton. He's a big city lover, he never moved to Manc. He lived in a hotel when he was in town. Then there's the football

The correct answer to whether you want Mourinho to come here is yes. However he won't come here so it isn't worth thinking about. Same probably with Wenger too. They may be past their best but are still light years better than what we have had or are going to have in the short to medium term.

Yeah ok if you like mate. Bit weird that you'd think I was having a go at the "entire fanbase" when I didn't say that. I've always considered myself part of the fanbase you see (following the team home and away has that effect) and I assure you that I wasn't having a go at myself so I dont really see how that's supposed to work.....

"There's somthing magical about this club and our fans. Garbage players and managers are made into hero's and bigged up to levels that even said manager/player's family would find to be embarrassing. While proven winners who have consistently been successful everywhere they've ever been are dismissed out of hand by the same fans as not being good enough for us, a club thats won one single cup in thirty years! It'd be the funniest thing ever if it was another set of fans but it just makes me cringe with us."

That is what you posted @Gwladysstreetlad, mentions nothing about a specific area of the fans, just generalises everyone

So were in this post was I
having a go at the entire fanbase,
As you put it.

We've obviously just crossed wires. If you took my OP as a personal slight againt our entire fanbase then I clearly didn't make my post clear enough and you've read far more into it then was justified.

We may have, it was the line at the end about it being funny if it was another set of fans but cos it's ours it makes you cringe. I took it as having a pop, may not have been what you were going with so hands up and apologies

we have become such a basket case club since Moshiri arrived I doubt we will be able to tempt a manager who has won a league title or a cup in a big European league.

we are going to be looking in the championship for a manager.

Darren moore is proving his worth at WBA after a tricky start. he is defo worth keeping an eye on. @Connor
