Its a fair point. I suppose its peoples definition of talented. I always go back to kanchelskis double at the pit. Quite rightly gets all the plaudits but it was limpar pulling all the strings.
Both great though. In hindsight i dont think we realised at the time we had possibly two world class wingers at the club.

One of our best performances. Limpar tore them to shreds that day. A tragedy that those two never played together more and Limpar’s Everton career just weirdly petered out.

Ross Barclay one of our own. Excellent player but in the wrong team at the wrong time. Was that his fault or how he was managed?
